To Go Fitness are to you who are traveling, and are on the go. You might not have access to a gym. You might not have time to go to the gym. To Go Fitness is a collection of 5 programs with exercises that can be done within 30 minutes with no equipment. 5 programs and no equipment.

The benefits of To Go Fitness is that it gives you variety and flexibility. You can spend 10 minutes to do 1 set or 30 minutes to do 3 sets depending on your schedule.

The program is designed to help you exercise and move your body even though you have a busy week.
